In the event of participation in the selection process, Santander Digital Services will keep the candidates’ data for a maximum period of 18 months from the date the CV is sent.

 

If the Data Subject exercises his or her right to erasure, the personal data will be blocked for a period of three years, which is the limitation period for serious data protection actions.
